Shipping Locations 

We currently deliver to all pin codes across India. At present, we do not provide international shipping services. 

Processing Time 

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from the date of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. 

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing the relevant order details. 

Delivery Timeline 

Our standard delivery period is generally between 3–8 business days, allowing you to receive your fashion purchases within the expected timeframe. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may request re-delivery of the order. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

If your order is received in a damaged condition, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide photographic evidence of the damage. 

If a shipment is lost while in transit, we will initiate a replacement or refund after the issue has been verified with the courier partner.
